Professional Rendering Service for Interior Designers by Studio Venza

Photorealistic Renderings That Sell Your Vision and
Win Client Approval

Send me your CAD drawings, finish schedule, and furniture specs. I handle everything else — and deliver renderings that make your clients say "wow."

"Her work elevated both the quality and timeliness of our deliverables — clients were thrilled with the results."

— Kaitlyn Francis, Designer at Elevate
What Becomes Possible

Real outcomes from designers who've been where you are

An interior designer who won a $75K hospitality project after her client had an audible "wow" reaction to the rendering — competitors presenting flat sketches didn't stand a chance.

A residential designer who eliminated three-plus weeks of client indecision because her clients could finally see exactly what they were getting — and committed immediately instead of second-guessing every finish.

A designer who stopped losing evenings to anxious client emails because the renderings answered every spatial question before installation began — no more "will this feel too small?" panic.

A high-end designer who reclaimed her confidence in presentations because her visuals finally matched her premium positioning — no more apologizing for hand sketches.

What's Included

Everything you need to close the deal

01

Complete 3D Modeling from Your CAD Drawings

No guessing, no generic textures. I source or recreate the exact pieces you've specified, match your finishes precisely, and honor the custom millwork details that make your design unique — so the rendering looks like your design, not a stock room.

02

Professional Lighting & Accurate Materials

Lighting is set up to show how natural and artificial light interact throughout the day — the right texture, sheen, and depth on every surface. Clients can finally see the ambiance you've been describing in meetings rather than trying to imagine it from samples alone.

03

High-Resolution Renderings in 10–14 Business Days

Initial renderings delivered within 10–14 business days of deposit, followed by 3–5 days for final revisions. Professional visualization with collaborative refinement — not waiting weeks while your client gets cold feet.

04

30-Minute Zoom Redline Session

Once initial renderings are delivered, we jump on a call instead of trading emails. You walk me through adjustments, I clarify what's possible, and we align in real time. No miscommunication, no five-day email threads, no wondering if I understood your feedback correctly.

05

Volume Bundle Pricing

Multi-room packages offer significant per-room discounts — the more spaces you need rendered, the better your rate. Most designers bundle 3–4 rooms to create a complete presentation suite for less than agencies charge for a single space.

How It Works

Simple, efficient, professional

Step 01

Inquiry

Email your project details — room type, square footage, number of renderings needed, and your timeline. I confirm pricing and availability within 24 hours.

Step 02

Kickoff

Sign a simple agreement, pay a 50% deposit, and submit your documentation: CAD drawings, finish schedule, furniture specs, and reference images.

Step 03

Execution

I build the 3D model, apply your materials, and set up lighting. Initial renderings delivered within 10–14 business days — then we move to the redline session.

Step 04

Redline Session

We schedule a 30-minute Zoom where you walk me through exactly what you want adjusted. I take detailed notes so nothing gets lost.

Step 05

Final Delivery

I make the agreed-upon revisions and deliver final high-resolution files within 3–5 business days. Pay the remaining 50% and the files are yours — no restrictions.

Your total time commitment: about one hour. Roughly 30 minutes to organize and submit your documentation upfront, plus the 30-minute Zoom redline session. The rest is on me.
Pricing

Custom quotes based on your project

Every project is different — square footage, complexity, number of views, timeline — so I quote based on your specific needs.

What Influences Your Price

Room size & type, number of renderings, custom element complexity, timeline (standard vs. rush), and volume.

Single Room $1,250

Starting price for a single room rendering. Exact quote based on square footage, complexity, and number of views needed.

Payment terms: 50% deposit to begin, 50% upon final delivery. Three-payment plans available for projects over $3,000.

To get exact pricing, email your room types, approximate square footage, number of renderings needed, and timeline. I'll send a custom quote within 24 hours.

Bonuses

Included with every project

Bonus 01

Strategic Camera Angle Selection

Before applying materials and lighting, I'll build a white box model and send you 4–5 recommended angle options with floor plan markups. You choose which 2–3 angles best showcase your design. No guessing, no regrets after the fact.

Bonus 02

Perpetual File Usage Rights

Once final payment is received, the renderings are 100% yours — client presentations, proposals, your portfolio, website, social media, award submissions. No licensing fees, no restrictions. Just credit Studio Venza when sharing publicly.

Bonus 03

Future Renderings at 50% Off

Lifetime access to request additional renderings from the same model at half price. If your client changes the layout, you land a phase-two renovation, or you need a portfolio angle — I've already built the model. Just email me what you need.

Common Questions

Everything you need to know

Do I need to know 3D software?

+

Not at all. That's exactly why this service exists. You don't need to know SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or any rendering application. You simply need organized design documentation — CAD drawings or dimensioned floor plans, a finish schedule, furniture selections, and reference images. If you're already specifying materials and furniture for your projects, you have everything you need.

What documentation do I need to provide?

+

CAD drawings or dimensioned floor plans, elevations (especially for kitchens and custom millwork), a finish schedule with specific materials and product names, furniture selections with product links or spec sheets, and reference images showing the mood and style you're going for. The more organized your documentation, the faster and more accurate the result.

Does this work for my project type?

+

Yes. Whether you're working on high-end residential, boutique hospitality, luxury retail, branded environments, corporate offices, custom homes, or seasonal décor installations — including holiday and Christmas design, where clients need to see the full impact before committing to a large-scale installation — if you're specifying finishes and furniture, I can render it. The psychology of visualization is universal: give clients the ability to see rather than requiring them to imagine, and they commit with confidence.

When can I get started?

+

This is an ongoing, à la carte service available whenever you need it. Projects are completed on a first-come, first-served basis. Standard turnaround is 17–19 business days total — 10–14 days to initial delivery, plus the Zoom redline session, plus 3–5 days for final revisions. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee if you need it faster and I have availability.

The Guarantee

I stand behind every rendering

If you provide complete, accurate documentation and the final renderings don't accurately reflect your approved design intent, I'll revise them at no additional charge. The included revision round — covered via our Zoom redline session — is specifically designed to catch and correct any discrepancies before final delivery.

"It looks like we're walking through your rendering."
— Interior designer, after full project installation

The one revision round included in every package — covered via the Zoom redline session — addresses your feedback after reviewing the initial delivery. Additional revision rounds driven by client-side design changes are available as paid add-ons ($250–$750) to keep timelines and pricing fair for everyone.
